IMPORTANT ORDER UPDATE INFORMATION // 2 JULY 2025
To customers who have placed an order with us over the last 2-3 weeks, we sincerely apologise for any delay you may be experiencing in receiving your order. Over the past few weeks, a huge surge in orders pushed our current production capability to its limit, and as a result, our dispatch window for some orders has extended beyond our usual five-working-day timeframe.
We have already made good progress in working through the order backlog over the last week we have and we hope to have dispatched all delayed orders by Monday, 7th July (hopefully sooner), bringing us back in line with our usual dispatch timeline.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your purchase promptly, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured we are already taking the necessary steps to expand our facilities to double our current production capacity to avoid this from happening again.
