We hope that you love your purchase from Eden Ashram. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 21 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Customers must complete a return request online through our returns portal where, once approved they will be sent an email with all return information and link to get return label (U.K Only)
All returns are free using your own return shipping method. Customers returning item for a refund who wish to use our tracked return shipping option will incur a £5.00 fee (taken from the refund amount) to cover the use of this service.
Some goods (mostly for hygiene reasons) are exempt from being returned. Water bottles, Yoga Mats or Yoga Towels where the item has been removed from its packaging are exempt from returns.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item retuned is faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item. In these circumstances we will in the first instance send a replacement item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving goods back to our warehouse. Once processed, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and should be in your account within 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer. If you asked for store credit then we will issue you with a gift card for the refund value immediately.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified out about your return.
All customers must complete a return authorisation request before returning any item to us. Return information will then be emailed to you along with links to get a return label (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund and wish to also use our tracked return shipping option a £3.50 charge will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
