Eden Ashram is based in the United Kingdom. Our Head Office and warehouse are in London. All items are dispatched from London to all destinations.
Currently Eden Ashram is 100% online. The good news is we deliver worldwide and use premium shippers like DHL, DPD and Royal Mail to get your items to you quickly and safely.

Environment, Ethics and Sustainability
Absolutely! At Eden Ashram we do things differently to most 'mainstream' or 'high street' clothing brands. We fundementally believe in 'quality not quantity' - but we also believe in building a business and a brand that actively gives back to the planet rather than just take from it. This grounding principle is evident within every part of our business, from design & manufacturing through to the delivery of products to our customers. For example, we will only ever use eco manufacturers, we pay people fairly for their work, we use sustainable organic and recycled fabrics and we choose to use recycled paper mailing bags to send you your order and will never use single use poly mailers. Coming in to 2023 we have also now introduced compostable poly bags that protect our garments. And where there is unavoidable carbon produced (like in the delivery of items to customers) we ensure we offset this completely with accredited carbon offset schemes. Every single employee at Eden Ashram is also credited 'Climate Positive' meaning every aspect of their work at Eden Ashram that might contribute carbon is offset completely. Oh, and we also plant a new tree with every order placed. This is what you call a sustainable climate positive business.
Through our new partner Verdn, and in addition to all the other sutainable actions our business performs, we also attach a further sustainable action to every product we sell. THis may be planting a tree, collecting ocean-ound plastic or planting sea coral.
This further re-enfoces sustainability as a fundamental part of our business model. To give back more than we take and to make the planet a better place for generations to come.

As of December 2022 we have planted over 12,500 trees in gold accredited replanting schemes around the world with our tree planting partners Verdn, Ecologi and onetree planted. Our trees have been planted in the United Kingdom, Denmark, India, Kenya, Mozambique, Uganda and Madagascar. We hope to plant thousands more every single year. And with your help we can.

Yep, we don't use plastic mailing bags like many brands do. All our mailing bags are made from 100% recycled paper that can be recycled again and again. And from 2023 all new garments will move from being in a standard protective recycled polybag to a new 100% plastic free compostable version.
We have that covered and offset too! We have a fancy tool linked to our order platform that calculates the expected carbon emissions for all deliveries and we pay to have that offset completely. This is on top of the fact we also use carriers are eco friendly in their approach and that offset their carbon emissions anyway, so on many orders we have ofsett twice as much carbon as the delivery iteself!

Again this is a fundemental pillar of the very existance of Eden Ashram. To manufacture and produce PREMIUM, ETHICAL & SUTAINABLE products is what we do.
All our products are GOTS certified, use organic or recycled premium fabrics with many also PETA vegan approved and are manufactured carbon neutrally. We pay people fairly and would never use far east 'sweat shops' or child labour to manufacture our items.
Where we outsource any work we carefully select manufacturing partners around the world who share and uphold our values when it comes to looking after staff, paying a fair wage and protecting our planet.
Product Information
All Eden Ashram items are printed / finished in the United Kingdom. The fabrics and base garments used in those items are produced by carefully selected global partners who share our philosophy on eco / environmental manufacturing with factories in India and the USA.
Absolutely! All products (except pre-order items) are in stock and available to ship imediately. We have a 'live' inventory system that updates listings as they sell and removes items when they sell out. We ship orders to customers Monday - Friday.
Recommended care instructions for all items:
To best look after your Eden Ashram products we only recommend hand washing. Please turn the garment inside out (to protect any print) and wash it by hand with a mild detergent in cool/cold water. Once washed, dry on a flat surface (not on a radiator or dryer). This will ensure the garment stays in shape, stays vibrant, protects any print and lasts you many, many years.
If you have to use a washing machine (we don't recommend this) then again, please ensure you turn your item inside out and use a delicate cool wash, 30'C or less. Don't overfill the washing machine and dry flat (not on a radiator or in a dryer).
We use a premium screen printing process on all our items and after printing the ink is then 'baked' to set it and offer extended lifespan of the print. This can give off a slight odour from the ink and some of this can sometimes be retained when the item is bagged in its protective packaging. This is harmless and will disappear completely after the first wash.
All of the garments and products we make are premium products. We use the best fabrics and manufacturing processes to ensure all our goods feel great, perform as they should and arrive to you in perfect condition.
All our clothing products go through a number of quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure there are no defects or issues. It is extremely rare for a defective item to avoid detection!
In the unlikely situation you receive an item that is not 100% perfect then we will of course look to replace this item for you.
However, it is important to follow the correct procedure to claim a replacement. This is detailed below:
1. When you receive your item/s please check them properly and try the item/s on to ensure the product is as it should be.
2. If you notice any issue please take a photo of this and contact our customer service team at info@edenashram.com and explain the problem.
3. Once our team have verified any issue we will arrange the return of the item you have and a replacment will be sent to you.
Note: It is important that this step is done before you wear the item out or wash the garment. Any defect must also be reported to our team within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer replacements or refunds on items where a defect has not been reported immediately and before wearing or washing.
Pre-Order Products
A pre-order product is a product that has started the production process and we have made available for customers to purchase. Pre-order items are between 1-4 weeks away from being received at our warehouse. All pre-order products are marked clearly and the expected dispatch date of these items is displayed on the product page.
Much of the difficulty with any fashion business is judging what your customers will like before you've produced it! And inevitably, all fashion businesses make errors by over producing one item that doesn't sell as well, resulting in higher warehousing costs and discounting and underproducing others that sold out in just a few days leading to lost revenue.
By offering items to purchase during the early production phase, it gives us an opportunity to guage the popularity of a new product early on and potentially allows us to adjust our manufacturing numbers up or down to accomodate demand for that item better. This results in a far more efficient manufacturing process with much less waste and mean we have more of the items you want in stock and available more often. It also reduces our need for excessive costly warehousing of less popular items and the savings we generate from this we can pass on to you!
We first list pre-order items around 4 weeks from the expected date we expect to dispatch the first items. So this is the maximum time you may have to wait. But it could be as low as 1 week. Each pre-order item will display the expected dispatch date on the product page and it will be between 1-4 weeks away. Once the product is 1 week away from receipt to us we remove the product from pre-order status and the products returns to full RRP.
Our published expected dispatch date on each product is usually pretty accurate but we would ask customer to factor in up to 7 additional days for small production delays.
Yes, you can mix pre-order items with normal order items, but please note that we will hold your order until all items are available to ship. It may be preferable to place a seperate order for in-stock items and pre-order items if you would prefer some items delivered sooner.
Of course. You can cancel your order at any time up to the date we dispatch your pre-order product to you. Should you wish to do this just email our team at info@edenashram.com and they can cancel your order and refund you.

After you place your order we have a small window of opportunity to make changes if you have made an error with an item in your order or perhaps your shipping address.
We will send you an order confirmation email and it is extremely important you check all the infromation on this as it confirms the details we have been provided. If you notice any errors or issues please contact our support team at info@edenashram.com immediately.
We'll do our best to help with an amendment but if the order has already been processed/dispatched by our warehouse team then we will unfortunately be unable to make any amendments.
Eden Ashram will not be held liable for any issues relating to incorrect delivery addresses or errors on items ordered.
We offer all customers 1% off their first order when they sign up to our newsletter. You can find the sign-up form on our homepage at the bottom. We will send you a code that is valid for 14 days from sign-up. You can apply the discount code at checkout.
Please note that most discount codes are only valid for use against full-priced items only (unless stated otherwise). The discount code will automatically apply to all items in your basket that qualify.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. All applicable shipping options and prices linked to items in your cart (weight/size) will be shown during checkout. We do our best to offer all customers an economy and priority delivery service but this may not not be available in all destinations or locations.
We offer express shipping to almost every global location.
We offer next working day shipping options to the U.K and most E.U countries. Shipping to the U.S.A is from 2 working days and the Rest of the World from 3-4 working days.
We aslo offer a standard shipping option to most locations which are more economical for those happy to wait a little longer for their item.
PLEASE NOTE: Next working day service is next working day on orders placed BEFORE 4pm Mon-Fri (GMT). Orders placed after 4pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday (and orders received over the weekend) will be dispatched on the following working weekday (usually Monday). This service is not a guaranteed timed service although currently over 99% of next working day deliveries arrive with our customers the next working day. Next Working Day is NOT available to Northern Ireland. Transit times quoted are in working days and are based on deliveries to major cities.
Eden Ashram is based in United Kingdom. There are no additional duties or charges for any customer having goods delivered within the United Kingdom.
Also, for 'most' of our customers in our prinary markets in the U.S and E.U there will be no additional monies to pay to receive your items but there are some exceptions.
U.S.A
U.S.A customers do not pay any import duty or tax on any order values under USD $800.
European Union
Eden Ashram is registered with the E.U IOSS tax scheme and collects and pays ALL import duty and VAT on behalf of our E.U customers for transactions up to €150,00 so no additonal charges will be requested on these purchases. The cost you pay at checkout is the total cost you will pay to recieve your goods. Cart values over €150,00 may incur addition import charges. Please check with your local tax/customs office for clarification.
Rest of World
Import VAT/DUTY may be payable on your orders. We advise all customers to check with their local tax / customs office to understand any import rules and regulations regarding your potential purchase.

Eden Ashram cannot be found liable for any import duty / VAT charge for any customer. Due to the complexities and quantities of the the different variables for all countries around the globe, we highly recommend customers who are unsure to check directly with their customs office for the most up to date accurate information.
Please note that any orders / shipments that are rejected / returned to us by the customer based on refusal or non of payment of any import taxes or duties due will incur a non refundable, non delivery charge to cover the original shipping and return shipping costs. Minimum charge for a returns is £30.00
98% of our orders arrive on or before the scheduled time. On a few occasions, some parcels arrive a little later than expected. Unfortunately these matters are outside of our control. However, it is extremely rare for any of our packages to be lost or undelivered as all delivery options we offer come with delivery tracking.
Before contacting us please do the following:
1. Have you ordered a 'PRE-ORDER' product? We allow customer to pre-order items that are close to the end of production but these may not arrive to us for a 2-3 weeks. Please check the product page for the item you purchased and look to see if there is a 'PRE-ORDER' button and expected dispatch date beow this. THis is when your item is expected to be dispatched by us.
2. First check your expected delivery dates for your order and original delivery lead times for the delivery method you selcted (you can find details of these on our SHIPPING page) as many of the emails we receive on this matter our customers realise that the package isn't even due for delivery for a few more days!
3. Please also check the tracking information on your order. You can find a link to this on your dispatch confirmation email we sent to you. If you have not received this please check your spam/junk folder.
4. If your package is showing as 'Delivered' but you do not have your item, please check in the first instance if someone else at your property may have accepted it.
5. Failing that, please check with your neighbours and then any 'safe place' around your property, like a garage or porch where the item may have been left.
6. If still no package please contact the relevant courier for further information on the delivery using the tracking information we have supplied to you. This is the quickest option.
Finally: Once all these checks have been completed, and you still do not have your items 10 days after your expected delivery date, then please contact the Eden Ashram customer support team and we will investigate this for you.
However, as metioned previously, it is extremely rare for packages to be lost or undelivered, so we are confident that your package will be with you soon.
Returns | Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused/unworn and in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags/labels and packaging attached.

We no longer offer exchanges on orders. Should you wish to change the size or product you will need to process a new order for those items and return the items you no longer require for a refund.

We do not charge to make a return, however there is a charge for those wishing to use our tracked return shipping service. If you use your own return shipping option there is never any charge.
All U.K customers can use our tracked return shipping for free when returning for store credit/Gift Card.
U.K customers returning an item for a refund to original payment who wish to use our tracked return service will be charged a £3.50 return fee to cover the tracked return shipping costs. This amount will be subtracted from the final refund amount. There is no fee if you return the item using your own return method.
We also ask customers to be mindful of the return process and its carbon impact, and where possible think carefully about all purchases. Feel free to ask our support staff about sizing or fit if you are unsure and we can point you in the right direction so to avoid the situation where you might need to return something because it doesn't fit. Let's try and get it right first time!
At this time we do not offer any return shipping options for International customers. International customers wishing to return an item will need to use their own carrier and cover those shipping costs themselves.
We recommend customers use their own domestic postal carrier and use a tracked service for peace of mind.
Refunds back to original payment will be made within 7 days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse.
Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account depending on the original payment source.
Refunds to Store Credit are processed immediately on receipt of goods back to the warehouse and a gift card is sent via email immediately.
