Following a 'severe' cyber attack on Royal Mail's I.T systems which began on Tuesday 10th January, we were suspended from sending ALL International shipments. The cyber attack is the alleged work of the Russian 'Lockbit' cartel and has severely disrupted International services from the U.K.
We are pleased to say that as of Thursday 26th January we have been able to dispatch most International shipments that were pending but have been informed that customers should expect reduced tracking information and slightly slower delivery times whilst Royal Mail still recover from this Cyber attack. We apologise to our International customers for any inconvenience this may cause and want you to know we are doing all we can to get you your orders as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst this situation is resolved.
